Is website management the same as building a new site?
No. Website design and development covers a new site, a redesign, or a landing page. This page is for maintaining, updating, and repairing a site that is already live. If the current site cannot be reasonably maintained, we will say when a rebuild is the better project.
Do you support WordPress?
Thomas KC IT is not a WordPress-only shop. If your site runs on WordPress or another common small-business platform, tell us. We can often update or repair it when we have access. Some platforms are safer to rebuild than to patch, and we will say which applies.
Will maintenance put us at the top of Google?
No. Maintenance keeps the site accurate and functional. Search visibility is a separate local SEO and technical SEO effort, and nobody can honestly guarantee a position.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Often, if we can get access and the platform is workable. Send the URL and say what you want changed. We will tell you if we should maintain it or replace it.
